HOURLY ALPHA. This figure displays the daily variability of computed
alpha's for Power Law at stations with two or more wind speed
measurement levels. Alpha's are computed from averaged wind speed
(m/s) for each hour of the day (EST) from the entire record of wind
speed. The color ramp is used to show the height (m) of each computed
alpha. The first and last figure in the sequence is all stations and
levels to provide the comparison between all measured alphas.
